Made from local red clay in Kumamoto, Japan, each doll is carefully hand-built without molds, ensuring that every piece is unique. Each doll is hand painted and have unique characteristics.

Story: Reizo Nagata (currently 7th generation) is making these clay dolls by hand. They use local red soil, process them into clay in their backyard and hand build each dolls without using molds.
