Refund policy

 

RETURNS:

We carry unique, only hand-crafted products from Kyushu, Japan.  Most of our products are produced in very limited quantity, and traveled over sea. Considering these circumstances, all of our items are FINAL SALES.

However, if you need to return or exchange the items for inevitable reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@shop-yoka.com with your name, order number and return reason. We will get back to you shortly.

Items that can be returned will be issued for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) to the original method of payment OR store credit for the full amount of the item if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, in original un-used condition with all original packaging. 

Returned items that are not returned in original un-used condition or without original packaging will not be accepted as  a return and the customer is responsible for retrieving their returned item by paying for additional shipping.

Customers are responsible all shipping fees for the return and exchange of items.  

STOCK CONDITION:

When an item goes out of stock,  it may take several months for that item to come back into our online store. Many of our items are one of a kind, and may not be able to carry again.  *Please note, all of our items are handmade, varies slightly, making each piece unique.
