Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We ship all our products with UPS and USPS ground throughout the lower 48 states, which usually takes about 5-12 business days.
Your orders will ship out 1-3 business days after receiving the order except on weekends and national holidays.
Tracking numbers will be sent out once orders are packed shipped.
We do not have any expedited shipping at this time.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time, we apologize for any inconveniences.
For our international customers:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept international order at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Shipping Materials:
We use recycling/reusing materials for shipping to protect our planet.
DEFECTS:
Before shipping orders we will always check the condition of the item to ensure all products are in good condition before shipping.
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of its arrival, by email at contact@shop-yoka.com, with your name, order number and photos of the damage, so we can be of assistance. It is important to keep all original packing material, the original box in which it was shipped as well as the damaged item so all three components can be picked up by the responsible courier service for damage inspection.
Unless these conditions above are followed, YOKA is not able to take responsibility for any damages.
